It is a method when followed, for total wellbeing and which builds confidence in one’s abilities.
The Iyengar Teaching Qualification is internationally recognised. Now teaching mixed ability classes in English and French, Tessa offers those who wish to continue their practice and understanding of the Iyengar method this opportunity – to visit and practise in one of the loveliest areas of Europe, winter and summer – for the same cost as lessons in the UK. If you come on holiday or to stay longer, you are free to join regular classes, or book a place on one of her workshops either as a continuing student or as a beginner. |
